When I reached the hotel with my wife they received us well informing that they have upgraded the room.
Everything about this Hotel is average or below average. We booked 12 double bedded rooms from 23rd Jan to 25th Jan 2020 through agoda, on arrival we were allotted the old building of the hotel with rooms on many floor,then lift can carry only 4 person,the on the top floor lift does not reach,you have to climb by stairs, some rooms have no water in toilet,the towel was old and faded,old box TV, the mattress were old and not comfortable to sleep, there was no bell boy to show the rooms or carry our luggage,we were travelling with Senior citizens travelers,after making several request to the reception manager they changed only 4 rooms on the next day which was excellent and was in new building just attached to reception, the evening front desk girls don't understand and speak English,dirty swimming pool on the new building at top floor, all tourist must get aware of these things before booking this hotel, i would recommend not to book this hotel for family or bachelor stay.…Įven though the resort is well located near JungShilong mall, I will suggest to friends and other travellers to try another hotel. Lets start with good things with hotel, excellent location on the main road, Bangla road walking distance,decorated reception and waiting room,Indian restaurant nearby,good variety of breakfast.
